Health Policy

Mind & Mojo is not a medical organisation. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any relevant medical issues that could affect taking part in therapy. We will always ask for your consent before informing your GP about your programme of therapy.

Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your hypnotherapy appointment. To ensure the smooth functioning of our practice and accommodate other clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
2. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or do not show up for your scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the full cost of the session missed.
3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability within the next 14 days. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to give us the required 24 hours’ notice due to a sudden and unforeseen emergency, please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss the situation.
5. Multiple Cancellations: If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments within a short period, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for future bookings or limit the number of appointments available to you.
6. Payment: payment for the missed session will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled.
7. Exceptions: We understand that certain circumstances may be beyond your control. In such cases, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee.
8. Please note that by scheduling an appointment with Mind and Mojo, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy outlined above.
